Feeling Much Better
Well... I meant to get the rest of our Christmas updated on the blog last Tuesday. As you can see that didn't happen as Collin ended up hospitalized with viral pneumonia starting on Tuesday. It was very scary as his oxygen levels were low enough that he had to be placed on oxygen and he spiked a fever of over 104. We were released from the hospital on Friday. Collin was excited to get home but the weekend was still touch and go. However, yesterday he started acting like himself and today he was back to his wild running non-stop self. He decided to make a trip to the laundry room and came out with ...yes that is my bra. Bert didn't get a picture of him with it on his head but did happen to capture a couple of pictures.

1st Haircut
While we were down at the Lake for Christmas Collin got his first haircut. It took Mom until Sunday to give the OK. The curl are gone but he still has the waive in his hair so if I let it grow again the curls will most likely come back. Grandma did such a great job cutting his hair and Collin did a awesome job sitting still for her. I was very shocked.

Bosley Cousin Christmas
On Friday we headed to the Atkins for the annual Bosley cousin Christmas. This year we had 4 little ones born between May and November 2007 that were on the move. Last year you could leave three out of the four on the floor, come back in a minute, and they were in the same spot. It was amazing to see them all interact and how much they have changed in a year.
Christmas Day in Essex
After our Christmas in Fairfax, we hit the road and headed to Essex for Christmas at Grandma June and Grandpa Larry's. Collin had a great time with all of his cousins and we came home with a car full of new toys.

Grandpa Larry and Grandma June got Collin a
battery powered fourwheeler for Christmas. He
still can't quite get the fact that you are suppposed to
put your feet up on feet rests on the side not up front.

Christmas Day
Yep and again I am a little late getting things posted to the blog. We spent Christmas morning at home in Fairfax. Collin had a great time opening his packages from Santa. However, Daddy didn't have such a great time getting all those toys out of the box. Collin got a little impatient at times.
Come on Dad get it open already

I think I could have gotten him a box to crush
and he would have been completely happy.

Collin was a little intimidated by Elmo at first
but eventually took a liking to him.
